Nenasha (Nina) Reiser
On September 11th, 2006 while conducting my 5th annual September 11th session for the people who died in the World Trade Center and Pentagon in 2001, I received a message from EVP voices that were claiming to be the spirits of two deceased Oakland Police officers. I was asked by them to work on the case of Nenasha Reiser, a mother of two children missing from Oakland California. She was last seen on the afternoon of September 3, 2006 dropping her children off at her estranged husband Hans Reiser's residence at 6979 Exeter Dr. in the Oakland Hills. One of these officers was killed in the line of duty and I was the paramedic who transported him to Highlnd Hospital in Oakland where he was subsequently pronounced dead. I agreed to work the case and began conducting sessions in order to gather information about what had happened to Nenasha (Nina) Reiser and to learn the location of her human remains.
On September 15th, 2006, I drove to the address where Nina Reiser was last seen. At that time I didn't know the specific address but was able to locate it based on the numerous press vehicles and police cars parked out in front. I then began to reconnoiter the vicinity in order to familiarize myself with the general area and to take note of place names in and around the location where Nina Reiser was last seen. This is necessary because the spirit communications I receive are in audio form and they frequently use the names of various geographic locations as landmarks to discuss the case and guide me to the remains.
I spent the next few months searching the wilderness areas in the Joaquin Miller and Redwood Regional parks. I performed these searches in a traditional manner using accepted search and rescue techniques. I looked in probable dumping areas and hiked and searched throughout the area, sometimes alone, sometimes with others, for well in excess of 100 hours. During my investigations I employ both traditional police investigation techniques as well as those which I have developed during the course of creating what I call my "spirit assisted crime solving protocol." I keep one set of books for "normal" investigative techniques and one set of books for those with a more otherworldly basis. I feel it is always necessary to prove that I have covered as many bases as possible whenever presenting my information to any law enforcement agency.
I continued working on the case until the first week of November, 2006 when I was forced to temporarily discontinue my physical search when my appendix ruptured on November 9, 2006. I came close to, as they say, buying the farm but this didn't stop me. I spent the next few months on the mend and during that time continued to touch base with my contacts inside the case. I also continued to conduct ITC sessions in order to clarify and enhance the information that I had already received. During this down time I came to the conclusion that Nina's physical body never left 6979 Exeter Dr. and it is in fact still buried there. This is confirmed by the numerous EVP messages that I have received stating this as well as map dowsing. It is also highly probable when taking into consideration the timeline of the crime, the mindset of the perpetrator and the situational profile of the crime. Although more than one search has been conducted at the Exeter St. address it certainly would not be the first time in the history of homicide that cadaver dogs and crime scene investigators have missed a well hidden body.

Below are the transcripts of the EVP audio files from the Nina Reiser case. I am still getting numerous messages regarding this case even at the time of this posting. I will not give up until Nenasha's human remains are recovered and given a proper burial. Her family and friends deserve to know the truth. I send them my compassion and support.
